Boston Dynamics Exhibition Stand – LogiMAT 2026, Stuttgart

Showtime Exhibitions were appointed to deliver a high impact exhibition stand for Boston Dynamics at LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart, one of Europe’s leading trade shows for intralogistics, automation, and supply chain innovation.

The aim of the stand was to create a space that allowed Boston Dynamics to showcase its technology in a clear, engaging, and commercially effective way. The stand needed to support live product demonstrations, attract attention on the show floor, and provide a practical environment for meetings, conversations, and lead generation.

The Brief

Boston Dynamics required an exhibition stand that would allow visitors to experience its robotics technology up close while also reinforcing the company’s position as a global leader in advanced automation and AI driven machinery.

The stand needed to include:

• An open area for live demonstrations
• Strong branding and visual impact
• Large screen displays to support the live experience
• A meeting space for discussions with prospects and customers
• A welcoming hospitality area

As with many exhibition projects, the brief also evolved as the event approached, with additional features and changes requested closer to build.

The Stand

The final stand measured approximately 10m x 9m and was designed to balance functionality with strong visual presence.

Key features included:

• A dedicated live demonstration area for Boston Dynamics’ robotics technology
• Large LED video walls showing the robots in action within warehouse environments
• A private meeting room for conversations away from the main stand activity
• An integrated bar area for hospitality
• A suspended hanging sign to maximise brand visibility across the hall
• A contravision Perspex wall with branded graphics
• Yellow safety bollards used as a visual and functional feature around the demonstration area

The layout was designed to create an open and accessible visitor experience while giving the products enough space to be demonstrated effectively.

Technology on Display

The stand was built around the live presentation of Boston Dynamics’ products, including an AI powered robotic dog and a robotic warehouse solution designed to retrieve items from racking systems.

These products were demonstrated live on the stand, while supporting video content on the LED walls helped show how the machines operate in real warehouse environments. This combination of live interaction and digital content helped create a more immersive and memorable visitor experience.

Build and Delivery

The project involved workshop preparation in the UK, transport from Milton Keynes to Germany, on site installation in Stuttgart, and final breakdown after the event.

The installation itself was completed over a four day build. During the same period, Showtime Exhibitions were also delivering another Boston Dynamics stand at the NEC in Birmingham, which added further pressure to the programme and required careful planning across multiple live projects.

Despite the pace of the schedule and last minute additions to the brief, the stand was completed successfully and ready for the show.

The Outcome

The completed stand gave Boston Dynamics a practical and visually striking platform to demonstrate its technology, engage visitors, and support sales conversations throughout the event.

By combining open demonstration space, clear branding, large format display technology, and well planned visitor areas, the stand delivered everything required for a strong presence at a major international exhibition.
